Cancellation Rights

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, you have up to 14 days from the date your order is delivered to inform us of this. Cancellation requests received outside of this period will not be accepted. You can tell us you wish to cancel your order by emailing us at info@cynosurebeds.co.uk..  Please note, there are some orders where you won’t have the right to cancel, these include  bespoke or personalised goods, contact us if you have any questions.

Returns 

If your cancellation request is accepted, you have up to 14 days to return your order to us. Your order must be returned in its original packaging and unused. You must not attempt assembly of your goods. Items returned in a damaged state will not be accepted. Any returns received outside of the 14 day time period or if returned without prior notice will also not be accepted. Please note, you (the buyer) are responsible for the full cost of the return and that this is non-refundable.

Refunds

In the case that your refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded the full cost of the order (less the cost of the return) to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. 

Damaged goods

All our items undergo strict quality checks before being dispatched. Still, as it is possible that an item may become damaged in transit, it is important you check your order upon receipt and do not accept delivery of your item if it is showing fault. By signing for your order, you are agreeing to have received your item safely and free of any damage. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage, once the item is passed in to your care. This also applies in the case that the item is damaged by you during assembly.

12 month Manufacturers guarantee

All our products come with a 12 months manufacturers guarantee as standard. If you require post sale assistance, please contact us at info@cynosurebeds.co.uk. Please note that this is a limited guarantee only and if applicable, only the replacement of the faulty component(s) is covered.

You will be asked to send pictures to support any damage claim and proof of purchase for assessment purposes. 

If we honour your claim, we will send you a replacement for the faulty component(s) only.

Exclusions

Any damage resultant from misuse or malicious or accidental or that which we consider outside of the standard design use of the product is not covered. 

This guarantee is offered with the understanding that all products are to be used in a domestic setting and for domestic purposes only.  If you use your item in a commercial setting and or for commercial purposes, this will invalidate the guarantee.
